Festival of Christian Orthodox Arts

February 18th — 20th, 2022

Come and join us to enjoy the beauty of Christian Orthodox Art! The Art Festival is our way of celebrating the completion of our new church. This is an opportunity to also invite people throughout DFW and beyond to tour both the new Temple and view the flowering of Arts that springs from our Orthodox Christian faith.

The Arts Festival will “kick off” on Friday, February 18th at 7 pm with our keynote speaker, Dr. Peter Bouteneff, Director Sacred Arts Institute, St. Vladimir’s Orthodox Seminary speaking on “The Role of the Arts in Orthodox Theology.” Following the keynote presentation, DFW St. Kassiani Chorale, conducted by Dn. Anthony Stokes will lead a concert in the Temple.

During the festival, artists from all over the world will share iconography, folk and sacred art, literature, music along with workshops, film and demonstrations. The event will conclude with pan-orthodox vespers and a celebration gala.
